Stephen Crystal
Chief Executive Officer
Stephen Crystal has served as a consultant to the Company since June 2007 and accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer in August 2007. Prior to joining the Company, he served as President and Chief Marketing Officer at Las Vegas Gaming, Inc. (“LVGI”) from April 2006 to May 2007. He remains a member of the Board of Directors of LVGI.
Mr. Crystal has an extensive background in gaming technology development and operations in the United States. At LVGI, he oversaw growth of that company as a game-management system operator, supplier and game designer specializing in Keno and Bingo products. LVGI marketed its patented PortalVision® technology for media content delivery to gaming devices, smart phone technology and television. Prior to joining LVGI, Crystal was Co-founder, Vice-Chairman and President of Barrick Gaming, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Barrick Corporation, as well as their General Counsel. Barrick Gaming operated six hotel casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to joining Barrick, Mr. Crystal was in private law practice and represented numerous gaming companies in projects and transactions around the country.
Mr. Crystal holds, as an owner/operator, gaming licenses in Nevada and New Jersey, and as a Director of LVGI, he currently holds gaming licenses in a large number of jurisdictions. He remains admitted to the bar to practice law in Missouri and the District of Columbia and has been named a member of the exclusive International Masters of Gaming Law. Mr. Crystal earned his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and his law degree from American University.
Paul
Kimmel
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Kimmel, joined the Company on October 1, 2007 as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. On November 12, 2007, Mr. Kimmel was appointed Secretary of the Company. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Kimmel was Executive Vice President and Controller and then Chief Financial Officer of MediCor Ltd. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Kimmel held various finance positions with Inamed Corporation, including Vice President and Controller of Inamed and Vice President of Finance of its principal subsidiary, McGhan Medical Corporation.
Mr. Kimmel has experience in the areas of business and financial accounting, external audit management, SEC reporting, and financial planning and analysis. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International, and the Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Kimmel is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Case Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.
A. Faisal Siddiqui
Chief Technology Officer
A. Faisal Siddiqui joined the Company as Chief Technology Officer on November 26, 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Siddiqui held the role of Vice President of Business Development for GGS-US, Ltd., a Sarbanes-Oxley information technology audit firm, from January 2007 to July 2007. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Siddiqui was Chief Information Officer at USA Capital, a private hard-money lender. Mr. Siddiqui joined Global Cash Access, the gaming industry’s leading provider of cash access solutions, in 2000 and departed in 2003 as the Vice President of Information Technology.
He began his career in technology as a software developer with Systems Research & Development, a boutique software development firm. Mr. Siddiqui launched his management career as an entrepreneur owning several multi-location franchise units. Mr. Siddiqui has experience in information technology planning and implementation, full life cycle software development, large-scale project management, data center operations, and product development/management. Mr. Siddiqui earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration degree in 2005, both from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.
Benjamin Parks
Vice President, Sales
Benjamin Parks joined the Company as Vice President of Sales on November 6, 2007. From February 2007 until joining TableMAX, Mr. Parks served as account executive and senior industry consultant for Compudigm International in Las Vegas.
Prior to joining Compudigm, he led table game and slot sales along with product management for Progressive Gaming International from March 2006 to February 2007. During 2005, Mr. Parks held the position of Corporate Director of Marketing for American Casino and Entertainment properties, a privately held casino operator. From October 2003 until January 2005, he operated Parks Marketing Solutions, a marketing consultancy to the gaming industry, serving as President. Beginning in 1997 and through October 2003, Mr. Parks held a variety of positions with Harrah’s Entertainment, including operational and marketing positions at the property level and as a Corporate Director of Marketing. He speaks frequently at gaming conferences on a wide variety of subjects.
Sheri Hanks
Vice President, Marketing
Sheri Hanks joined the Company as Vice President of Marketing on November 1, 2007. Prior to joining the Company, she served as Marketing & Trade Show Director for Las Vegas Gaming, Inc. from September 2006 to November 2007. Ms. Hanks has experience in corporate branding, domestic and international advertising, special events, promotions, public relations, and market research, as well as experience in coordinating both international and domestic gaming trade show exhibitions.
Ms. Hanks previously worked at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino assisting the President/COO with daily operations (from July 2005 to July 2006), and with Station Casinos, Inc. (from September 1999 to July 2005) in positions including Corporate Analyst, Executive Assistant, and Marketing/Advertising Manager prior to and through the opening of the Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa.
