TableMAX Names Successful Gaming Executive Stephen Crystal CEO

LAS VEGAS (February 13, 2008) – One of the world’s leading developers of electronic table games has named gaming industry veteran Stephen Crystal as its CEO. Crystal will lead TableMAX Holdings LLC, building the executive team and positioning the company for a rapid expansion in development and distribution.

Crystal began his relationship with TableMAX in June 2007, hired as a consultant to advise the company on business strategy and has now been appointed to the CEO position.

Crystal brings an extensive background in gaming technology development and operations to TableMAX. Previously, Crystal was president and chief marketing officer for Las Vegas Gaming, Inc. (LVGI), where he directed the launch for its patented PlayerVision®. While at LVGI, he oversaw growth of the company as a game-management system operator, supplier and game designer specializing in keno and bingo products.

Prior to LVGI, Crystal was co-founder, vice-chairman and president of Barrick Gaming, a wholly owned subsidiary of Barrick Corporation, and also served as the company’s general counsel. Prior to Barrick, he was in private law practice and represented numerous gaming companies in projects and transactions around the country.
